Servings: 4 to 6
4 cups sparkling water
2 cups sugar
2 cups freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 tsp raspberry juice concentrate (Look for pure raspberry juice concentrate in the health section of the supermarket)
¼ cup red raspberries
In a large pitcher, combine sparkling water, sugar, and lemon juice. Stir well to dissolve the sugar. Chill. Stir in the fruit juice concentrate. Pour the lemonade into tall glasses and add ice cubes. Place the fresh berries on top of the ice cubes.
